I believe Family Medicine care should be and feel personal, not rushed. That’s why I listen first and treat every patient like family. That’s why I offer 30-60 minute appointments. Time with your physician is important to be heard, to have your questions answered and to have your concerns addressed.

Initial registration fee is $87/person, with a $174 family maximum.
Family is defined as married or single plus biological or adopted children (age <23), and any adult dependents (that cannot live alone).
Adults age 23 and older need their own membership.
Independent or married adults over age 17 need their own membership.
