Using a membership model, you get incredible access to your doctor, and most services, for a low monthly fee.

No insurance or other third party payment is taken or billed.

We believe primary care should be and feel personal, not rushed. That’s why we listen first and treat every patient like family. That’s why we offer 30-60 minute appointments. Time with your physician is important to be heard, have your questions answered and your concerns addressed. You should know your physician and your physician should know you.

So exactly how much does this kind of care cost?

Less than you think!

Initial registration fee is $87/person, with a $174 family maximum.

Family is defined as married plus biological or adopted children (age <23), and any adult dependents (that cannot live alone).

Adults age 23 and older need their own membership.

Independent or married adults over age 17 need their own membership.
